Disappearing MP3 Blogs

Both CUT*OUT and Church Number Nine, two excellent blogs that regularly post full albums that are out of print, are calling it a day.

I’ve blogged on this before. To summarize, I’d like to see all recordings, out of print or otherwise, available on line for a modest fee. Some of that fee would go back to artist and/or copyright holder.

Nonetheless I have mixed feelings about MP3 blogs though I am sad to see these go. Their owners put a lot of hard work into them. Nice job guys.
